Hypnotherapy

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a form of hypnotherapy based on the science of neuroplasticity and combines the principles of psychotherapy, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and neuroscience. Hypnotherapy is used to access the subconscious mind which holds the memories of how and where beliefs were formed.

It is these beliefs and the words we say to ourselves that create our reality. Often the words and the beliefs are untrue and are no longer serving us by creating behaviours which are not conducive to functional relationships, achieving our full potential, a healthy body and mind and a calm, centred existence.

Instead we suffer with problems like anxiety, depression, addiction, overeating (or other food disorders), phobias, lack of confidence, insomnia or we suffer with autoimmune conditions or one or more of a range of other physical, emotional and psychological issues.

Hypnotherapy is entirely natural, safe, relaxing and has no side effects (except for those who suffer with epilepsy or psychosis when hypnotherapy is not recommended). The client remains conscious and in complete control throughout.

Using a range of hypnotherapy tools, a personalised, solution focused approach is used to access the subconscious mind, discover the root cause of the issue and then help clients to create a new way of thinking that will transform their lives.

Although there is never any guarantee of success, if the client is committed, willing and self-motivated for change, then their chance of a successful outcome is significantly increased.

Generally only one session is required per issue, however some clients may need two, and occasionally three for more deeply rooted issues.
